Defendants are not guilty.
1. The summary of the facts charged is that Defendant A was the head of the mountain headquarters located in G in the Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si, the regional headquarters of the company F (hereinafter “F”), which is located in the sixth floor of the building in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and Defendant B was the head of the North Seoul Headquarters in the eighth floor of the above F, Seoul, the regional headquarters of the company, and Defendant B was the head of the North Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, the head of the headquarters, the 8th floor of the H building, and Defendant B was the head of the central headquarters in charge of the F representative
1. The defendant A shall not open, manage and operate a multi-level marketing organization without registering multi-level marketing business to the authorities;
Nevertheless, the Defendant conspired with I, etc., the representative director of the above F, from around December 201 to August 201, without registering multi-level marketing business, sold health-aid food as a requirement to become a multi-level marketing salesperson's multi-level marketing salesperson's multilevel marketing salesperson's multilevel marketing salesperson's multilevel marketing salesperson's multilevel marketing salesperson's multilevel marketing headquarters from the above F FF headquarters without registering multilevel marketing business. The Defendant sold health-aid food as a requirement to become a multi-level marketing salesperson's cooperative. After entering a certain sales performance after a multilevel marketing salesperson's cooperative (stage 1), the Defendant, who is a multilevel marketing salesperson's multilevel marketing salesperson's multilevel marketing salesperson's director (stage 2), managing director (stage 3), managing director (stage 4), O.S.
