Punishment of the crime
1. On March 20, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Inception measures) driving a motor vehicle with blood alcohol concentration of 0.08% at around 23:50 on March 20, 2015, and driving a motor vehicle BA-to-purd, which led the D-to-pured road in front of a restaurant C in his/her own city to the intersection intersection from the intersection of the Western square.
