The Plaintiff, including the Plaintiff’s claim against Defendant B, filed a lawsuit against the Defendant Company B (hereinafter “Defendant B”), including the Plaintiff’s claim for cargo loading and unloading charges, etc., with the Incheon District Court 2018 Ghana 481891. On August 2, 2018, the said court rendered a decision of performance recommendation as to the Plaintiff’s payment of the amount of KRW 22,536,494 per annum from July 1, 2018 to the date of delivery of the copy of the instant complaint, 6% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment, and 15% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment. The decision of performance recommendation was finalized on August 31, 2018.

(2) On July 30, 2018, in order to preserve the outstanding claim against Defendant B, including freight loading and unloading charges, the Plaintiff received the provisional seizure order of the claim amounting to KRW 22,536,494 (hereinafter “the provisional seizure order of the instant case”). On the other hand, on July 30, 2018, the Plaintiff received the provisional seizure order of the instant provisional seizure of the claim amounting to KRW 22,536,494 (hereinafter “the provisional seizure order of the instant case”). The original copy of the provisional seizure order of the instant case was served on D on August 2, 2018.

The plaintiff filed an application for provisional attachment and assignment order of the plaintiff, the debtor B, the third debtor D, the amount of claims 23,157,473 provisional attachment as to the claim for the purchase price of the goods against the defendant B by the Incheon District Court 2018TTT 518977, with the title of execution of the decision to recommend the execution of this case, and the provisional attachment as to the claim for the provisional attachment as to the claim for the sale price of the goods against the defendant B, the above court transferred the provisional attachment as to the claim amount of KRW 22,536,494, September 17, 2018, and the provisional attachment as to KRW 620,979, "the assignment order of this case" is "the provisional attachment and assignment order of this case to which the provisional attachment as to
