1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;
(b) KRW 79,200,000 and as regards it,
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Judgment without pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Partial dismissal: The portion equivalent to the rent that is calculated by the ratio of KRW 8,800,000 per month from June 1, 2017 to the completion date of the delivery of the above real estate shall be quoted only in the aggregate of KRW 79,200,000, and the rent that is calculated by the ratio of KRW 8,800 per month from June 1, 2017 to May 31, 2017.
