The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is too unreasonable that the penalty (one million won of a fine) imposed by the court below against the defendant is too unreasonable.
2. In full view of all the circumstances, including the Defendant’s age, character and conduct, environment, relationship with the victim, motive, means and consequence of the instant crime, circumstance after the crime, etc., the sentence imposed by the lower court is too unreasonable, and thus, the Defendant’s allegation of unfair sentencing is groundless, on the ground that the Defendant’s punishment imposed by the lower court is too unreasonable.
3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
