However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On June 25, 2015, the Defendant forged private documents and affixed C’s seal prepared in advance to the applicant column on June 25, 2015, stating “C” in the name column of the loan application form, “D” in the resident registration number column, “D” in the resident registration number column, “Seoul mid-gu E-gu,” in the business name column, “F store” in the business name column, and “F million won” in the business name column. In addition, on June 25, 2015, the Defendant stated “C” in the applicant column and affixed C’s seal.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of a private document C, which is a private document related to rights and duties, and issued a forged loan application form to the above B, whose name is unknown at that time, and exercised it.

2. On June 26, 2015, around June 26, 2015, the Defendant forged private documents and affixed C’s seal prepared in advance to the applicant company name column at the same place as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1). On June 26, 2015, the Defendant indicated “C”, “C”, “C” in the name of the representative, “D” in the resident registration number of the applicant company, and “C” in the name of the representative, and “C” in the applicant company representative column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of the application for membership of C’s credit card (e.g., private document) in the name of rights and obligations, and issued a forged (e.g., physical) card to B bank employees whose name is unknown at that time and exercised the same.

3. On July 1, 2015, the Defendant forged a private document on July 1, 2015, and the said events indicated as “F point”, “C” in the name column of the representative, “C” in the cell phone number column, and “K” in the cell phone number column, and “C” in the lessee’s column.
