Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was in charge of the management of DNA sewage from October 201 to June 2012, 201, and public officials belonging to the department of management of DNA sewage and the management of DNA sewage treatment facilities waste disposal services.
On the other hand, a person who discharges, collects, transports, or disposes of construction wastes shall enter the details of the transfer of construction wastes into an electronic information processing program (one-time system; hereinafter the same shall apply) whenever discharging, collecting, transporting, or disposing of construction wastes pursuant to Article 18 of the Act on the Promotion of Recycling of Construction Wastes. As a person in charge of the foregoing waste disposal services, the Defendant should verify and supervise the volume of discharged wastes if discharged at the construction site, whether discharged wastes are collected and transported by E Co., Ltd., which entered into a contract, and whether discharged wastes are consistent with the volume of discharged and collected and disposed of, and shall prevent the Defendant from claiming excessive costs by illegally reclaiming wastes or manipulating discharged quantities in the collecting and transporting company. To this end, the Defendant shall enter the date of waste transfer, human measurement, vehicle number, etc. into the foregoing system as a person discharging construction wastes.
Nevertheless, the defendant did not confirm and supervise waste discharge and vehicle numbers used for waste discharge, and the above time, the system input was thought to work for the E Co., Ltd.
