1. As to KRW 319,541,280 among the Plaintiff and KRW 213,00,000, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the full payment day from December 24, 2016 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the claim is as shown in the annexed sheet of claim

(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (by public notice) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the following cases: (a) “creditor” shall be deemed the Plaintiff; and (b) “debtor” shall be deemed the Defendant.
