1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 180,000,000 as well as the interest rate of KRW 14.1% from November 1, 2010 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, with the trade name of D, has an obligation to pay interest at 14.4% per annum to Defendant B and his wife Defendant C as 14.4% per annum, with interest at KRW 50,00,000,000 on April 10, 2009, KRW 26,000,000 on August 26, 2009, KRW 30,000,000 on November 25, 2009, KRW 50,000 on January 20, 2010, KRW 20,000 on March 29, 200, KRW 16,000 on June 10, 200, KRW 108,000 on loan and interest at the rate of KRW 10,000,00 on loan and interest at the rate of KRW 100,000 on loan and interest rate of KRW 14,000.
