1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 470,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 29, 2018 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: On May 12, 2015, the Defendant drafted a certificate of loan that the Plaintiff would repay the loan amount of KRW 47 million. The Defendant demanded the return of the loan based thereon. 2. Decision based on service by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
