However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled the Mebacule (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) which is a local mental medicine as follows.

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

가. 피고인은 2020. 9. 4. 마약류 판매 상인 위 챗 대화명 ‘B ’에게 환 전소를 통해 QR 코드로 1,800위안( 한화 31만 원 상당) 을 송금하고, 같은 날 12:00 경 서울 금천구 C에 있는 불상의 빌라 지하 1 층 복도 하수도 배관 아래에서 위 ‘B’ 가 숨겨 둔 필로폰 약 0.8g 을 찾아가 필로폰을 매매하였다.

B. On September 28, 2020, the Defendant remitted QR code 1,800 bills to the above “B” through a transshipment station (the amount equivalent to KRW 300,000). On the same day, the Defendant purchased and sold a penphone by finding approximately 0.8g of the penphonephone, which the above “B” is hidden, from the front line of the line located in the b2:00 Gambling in light of light.

On October 12, 2020, the Defendant: (a) purchased a penphone with the joint burden of D and the purchase of the penphone; (b) purchased it from D to have it divided; and (c) transferred QR code 1,800 bills to QR code (which is equivalent to KRW 300,00,000) through a transfer station to B; (d) sought approximately 0.8g of the instant “B” from the French-dong, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul; (b) purchased approximately 0.45g of the pen to D from the apartment parking lot of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul, in collusion with D, around the same day, around 23:25.

피고인은 2020. 10. 17. 마약류 판매 상인 위 챗 대화명 ‘F ’에게 환 전소를 통해 QR 코드로 900위안( 한화 16만원 상당) 을 송금하고, 같은 날 22:00 경 서울 금천구 시흥대로 123길 11, 독산동 주민센터 인근 건물 우편함 아래에서 위 ‘F’ 이 숨겨 둔 필로폰 약 0.4g 을 찾아가 필로폰을 매매하였다.

E. On October 27, 2020, the Defendant remitted the QR code of 560 (which is equivalent to KRW 100,000 in the Republic of Korea) to the said “F” of a merchant selling narcotics via a transshipment, and around 13:49 on the same day.
