1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 1, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On July 29, 2016, the Defendant, indicating the claim, agreed to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,000,000 to the Plaintiff for the amount of KRW 40,000 to the Plaintiff’s goods against the Defendant until August 16, 2016, and agreed to pay 15% interest per annum from January 1, 2016 to the full payment date at the time of nonperformance of the above obligation. Accordingly, the said payment is sought on February 2, 201 (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act).
