1. The defendant shall pay 37,400,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from June 19, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment with no applicable provisions of Acts: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;
3. Partial dismissal: The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings is amended and promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment, shall be recognized, and the exceeding part shall be dismissed.
