Defendant

A A Fines of 5,00,000 won, Defendant B of 2,000,000 won, and Defendant C of 1,000,000 won, respectively.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who operates a G management station in F in the male and female city.

The Defendant: (a) built a ship on a scale of less than 10 tons in which H I, J K, L owner M, N owner O, and P owner Q respectively are able to conduct coastal fisheries under the Fisheries Act; (b) passed a regular inspection by the Korea Ship Safety Technology Authority; and (c) obtained a fishing vessel inspection certificate from the said ship on a scale of not less than 10 tons; (c) extended the said ship on a scale of not less than 10 tons without delay to conceal the said extension in order to continue to conduct coastal fisheries; and (d) tried to build and expand their vessels with knowledge of not undergoing a provisional inspection from the Korea Ship Safety Technology Authority.

Where the owner of a fishing vessel intends to change the details entered in a fishing vessel inspection certificate, such as change of the hulls, dusts, decks, side walls, etc. below decks, increase of weight, etc., he/she shall undergo a temporary inspection by the Korea Ship Safety Technology Authority delegated by the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries, and shall not use a fishing vessel for navigation or fishing without undergoing a temporary inspection.

A. Nevertheless, around July 30, 2013, I extended the fishing vessel to 18 tons in gross tonnage by adding 5.20 meters of the loadline of the vessel manufactured before shipbuilding inspection at the above shipbuilding yard, but did not undergo a temporary inspection from the Korea Ship Safety Technology Authority. From August 7, 2013 to June 6, 2014, the above fishing vessel was navigated before the office of the same Dong-dong in the Asia-si in the Asia-Nam-si in the Republic of Korea, and the Defendant knew that I would navigate the vessel without undergoing a temporary inspection as above and, on April 30, 2013, in order to assist the Defendant in navigation of the vessel without undergoing such temporary inspection, concluded the above I's vessel's vessel's vessel's vessel material, FRP, 17.50 meters in length, 15m in depth, 05m in depth, 200,000 won in total, 370,000 won in total,00 won in total.
