A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is designated as food sanitary inspection institution by the Minister of Food and Drug Safety and served as a representative director of the D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "D") located in Gyeyang-si, Chungcheongnam-si.
Food sanitary inspection institutions designated by the Minister of Food and Drug Safety to ensure the safety of food, etc. and to verify harmful food, etc. shall not issue a false report on food sanitary inspection by intention or gross negligence.
1. On February 12, 2014, Defendant A, in violation of the former Food Sanitation Act, requested a food manufacturing and processing business entity “E” to inspect “red ginseng extraction” from the food manufacturing and processing business entity “E” and issued a written inspection result; Defendant A, in accordance with the food standards and specifications publicly notified by the Minister of Food and Drug Safety, inspected according to the inspection method; issued a written inspection report; and issued a written inspection report as if the result of the determination of “conformity” was derived from the inspection without conducting all the tests and inspections; and thereafter, issued a written inspection report for the same year.
7. From 30.0 to 30.0, a false inspection report was issued intentionally on a total of 423 occasions, such as the attached list 1.

On February 17, 2014, Defendant A in violation of the former Livestock Products Sanitary Control Act issued a written inspection report that requested the 'F' to inspect the 's eggs' from the 'F' manufacturer and processing company of livestock products, and inspected the 's men' body germs', and issued the inspection report according to the food standards and specifications publicly notified by the Minister of Food and Drug Safety, and issued a written inspection report stating that the result of determination of the 'conformity' was derived from the test and inspection without conducting any test and inspection at all, and then issued a written inspection report at that time.
7. From 30.30 to 30.0, a false inspection report was issued intentionally on a total of 941 occasions, such as the attached Table 2.
