Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim, who is a police officer, and obstructed the police officer's legitimate execution of duties concerning crime prevention and maintenance of order.

2. On April 28, 2014, at around 23:20 on April 28, 2014, the Defendant damaged a police officer’s use of a public object by assaulting the police officer at the place specified in paragraph (1), and arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender, and thereby, damaged the police officer’s patrol vehicle by walking the back seat of the F Patrol, a public object parked at the place, so that the repair cost would amount to KRW 134,200.
