The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance concerning this case is as follows: (a) although there is a possibility of arbitrary interpretation after the meaning of the provision on the restriction on reappointment of this case may be somewhat unclear, such problem cannot be a reasonable ground for interpreting the provision on the restriction on reappointment of this case beyond the meaning derived from the literal interpretation of the provisions, such as the articles of association, etc. of the defendant and its affiliated organizations; and (b) it cannot be a reasonable ground for interpreting the provision on the restriction on reappointment of this case, since the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is stated in the part on the grounds of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for adding the contents that "
(However, it is reasonable that the plaintiff's claim against the defendant in this case against the defendant should be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning (excluding the part as to the joint defendant Eul, which is separated and confirmed).
