1. The defendant shall deliver to the plaintiff the building indicated in the attached list.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on October 20, 2010, lent the building indicated in the separate sheet to the Defendant a deposit of KRW 4 million, monthly rent of KRW 200,000,000 from October 20, 2010 to October 19, 2013. However, the Defendant, on the grounds that the rent was overdue for at least three years, did not pay, thus cancelling the contract and demanding the delivery of the said building.
