The costs of appeal shall be borne by an independent party intervenor.

On the grounds indicated in its reasoning, the lower court determined that the independent party intervenor’s application for participation in the instant case did not meet the requirements for participation in the prevention of corruption and did not have any interest in confirmation and thus illegal

The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and duly admitted evidence, the lower court did not err in its judgment by misapprehending the legal doctrine on participation in the prevention of death or the benefit of confirmation, etc., as otherwise alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
