마약류관리에관한법률위반(향정)
1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for nine months;
2. 2,550,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
1. Purchasing philophones;
(a) No person other than a person handling narcotics shall trade psychotropic drugs;
Nevertheless, on December 20, 2014, the Defendant issued KRW 500,000 in cash to E in front of the D convenience store near the Defendant’s residence, and received approximately KRW 1.4 g of the Mesoftl (one philopon), which was obtained from E, in return for delivery of KRW 50,000 in cash to E, and in return for delivery of KRW 1.4 g of the Melopon (one philopon).
Although the Defendant was not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant purchased psychotropic drugs from E, Mete, a psychotropic drug.
B. On January 8, 2015, at around 12:41, the Defendant proposed to purchase a bank entry fee located in Gangnam-si F, E to buy a single cambook (hereinafter “one camphone”), and transferred KRW 550,000 to the bank account in the name of H under the direction of E, in accordance with the direction of E, the Defendant received baggage containing approximately 1.4g of the single cambook (one camphone) sent by E from I terminal on the same day.
Although the Defendant was not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant purchased psychotropic drugs from E, Mete, a psychotropic drug.
C. On January 29, 2015, the Defendant paid 500,000 won out of 1.5 million won for Mepta (one-name “Handphone”) purchase to E at the Defendant’s residence in Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si, and received approximately 3.5 g of Mepta (one-name “ one-time penphone”) that was obtained five-time part of 1.5g from E.
Although the Defendant was not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant purchased psychotropic drugs from E, Mete, a psychotropic drug.
2. Medication of phiphones.
(a) No person other than a person handling narcotics shall administer psychotropic drugs;
Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around 20:00 on December 20, 2014, purchased from E, such as paragraph 1(a), at the dwelling of the Defendant of Gangseo-si, and at the dwelling of the Defendant of Gangseo-si, as in paragraph 1(a).
