1. The defendant shall pay 47,55,652 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from August 3, 2006 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. On September 25, 2006, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant with Busan District Court No. 2006Kadan116234, which sought payment of each of the following money, and was sentenced to a judgment of non-litigation as stated in the order from Busan District Court. The judgment became final and conclusive around that time.
Accordingly, the Plaintiff again seeks a judgment to the same effect against the Defendant before the ten-year statute of limitations expires.
