1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 47,570,700 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 29, 2017 to the day of full payment.
In full view of the purport of the evidence No. 1-1 and No. 2, the Plaintiff engaged in wholesale and retail business of agricultural products under the trade name of “B” and the purport of the entire arguments, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant, who runs wholesale and retail business of agricultural products, with Matri, Mana and other agricultural products, and recognized the fact that the attempted amount was 47,570,700.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from December 29, 2017 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order, to the day of full payment.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition.
