1. The Defendant: 120,000,000 won to the Plaintiff, and 5% per annum from March 2, 2019 to June 29, 2019, and the following.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Partial dismissal: From June 1, 2019, 12% per annum as stipulated in the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 29768) shall apply.
