The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff A 20,000,000 won with 12% per annum from July 1, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(A) Article 208(3)1 and Article 257(1)(a) of the Civil Procedure Act shall apply mutatis mutandis. (b) The term “creditor” shall be “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be changed to “Defendant”, respectively.
