However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On March 7, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties in a deceptive scheme, called the Defendant’s mobile phone at the 112 Reporting Center at the Defendant’s mobile phone even though he/she did not engage in sexual traffic at the “D” singing shop located in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju, and “the foreigner engages in sexual traffic.”

C. The lower court rejected the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties on the prevention of crime, treatment of civil petitions, etc. through fraudulent means by making the police officer F and G sent to the instant singing shop belonging to the Seoul Northern Police Station E District, who believed to be true by making false reports.

2. Interference with or injury to the performance of official duties;

A. At around 03:50 on March 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the handling of reports by the said police officer by assaulting F’s horses with sound “F with a warrant to verify that f or G entered into a singing shop in order to verify the details of the report by the Defendant at the instant singing shop; and (b) obstructed the police officer’s lawful performance of duties concerning the handling of reports by the said police officer by assaulting F with sound “F with a warrant to check f. A. to check.”

B. As described in paragraph (a), the Defendant was arrested as a current offender for the same crime, and was led to the E District located in Gwangju Northern-gu H on the same day, and then was 04:20 on the same day, and then I (48 years old) of the E District to “I (48 years old) frank flachip.”
