In light of the circumstances stated in its reasoning, the lower court determined that it is difficult to view that a title trust agreement was concluded on one-half portion of the instant real estate between I, the decedent of the Plaintiffs, and the Defendant.

In light of the relevant legal principles and records, the judgment of the court below is just and acceptable, and there is no error in the misapprehension of the rules of evidence, the probative value of the disposition document, or the presumption power of registration, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.
