Punishment of the crime
On June 2018, the Defendant became aware of C (15 years of age) through the “B” of smartphone-making hosting display around the horse.
On October 2018, the Defendant got C, who is in need of cost of living, such as mobile phone charges and transfer cost, to engage in sexual traffic, to raise a living cost.
On December 28, 2018, the Defendant posted a letter to the effect that he/she seeks sex purchase by accessing the Defendant’s smartphone-making type, such as “D”, “E”, and “F, etc., using the Defendant’s smartphone at an insular site. The Defendant: (a) determined the time of promise, place of promise, price for commercial sex acts, conditions of commercial sex acts, etc.; and (b) notified C of such fact; (c) had C move off to “Yel” or “Iel” at around 17:00 on the same day; and (d) had C receive 200,000 won in cash from the place to “hel” or “Iel”; and (e) had C arrange to engage in commercial sex acts for three times in total, as shown in the attached list of crimes, between around that day and January 7, 2019.
