1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) Of the first floor of the building listed in the separate sheet, each point of the attached sheet No. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1.

Indication of claim: The Plaintiff terminated the lease contract (a deposit of KRW 1,00,000, monthly rent of KRW 260,000, and the lease term of KRW 260,000, and from September 20, 2016 to September 19, 2017) entered into with the Defendant on the part inside the ship (No. 106) as to the part on the part of paragraph (1) of this Article on the ground of the Defendant’s delinquency in monthly rent; thus, the Plaintiff sought against the Defendant a delivery of approximately 40 square meters in the above part on the ship (No. 106) and sought a payment of unjust enrichment equivalent to the monthly rent and monthly rent.
