1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 40,872,636 as well as KRW 31,142,360 among them, from September 24, 2013 to the day of full payment.
1. Indication of claim;
A. The Defendant was loaned 31,50,000 won from the Korea Standards Bank (hereinafter “Small Bank”) at the interest rate of 27%, damages for delay, 37%, and 48 months during the loan period.
B. On September 23, 2013, the Nonparty bank transferred to the Plaintiff the above principal and interest claim against the Defendant, and notified the Defendant thereof.
C. The Defendant did not pay the repayment of principal and interest at the maturity date, thereby losing the benefit of time under the terms and conditions of credit transaction. The Defendant’s principal and interest of the loan is KRW 31,142,360 as of September 23, 2013, interest KRW 2,732,630 as of September 23, 2013, and damages for delay due to delay KRW 6,97,646 as of KRW 40,872,636.
The plaintiff claims against the defendant for the principal of the loan, interest thereon, and delay damages.
