1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 38,170,015 and KRW 32,739,550 among them, per annum from September 22, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.

2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.

3. If so, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount calculated at the rate of 19.9% per annum from September 22, 2016 to the date of full payment. Therefore, the Defendant is so ordered as per Disposition, as to KRW 38,170,015 and KRW 32,739,550 among them.
