1. The Defendant shall pay 23,700,000 won to the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from February 11, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on October 2006, lent a total of KRW 23,700,000 on several occasions from May 2007 to the Defendant, and notwithstanding the Plaintiff’s demand for the repayment of obligations over several occasions, the Defendant did not repay the above loan up to the present day. Therefore, the Plaintiff, as to the above loan KRW 23,70,000 and its payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from the day after the date of delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment.
