Punishment of the crime
around 19:40 on May 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of drain pipes from the Fsanbu in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu and the first floor parking lot of the building, which are installed on the exterior wall of the building in question owned by the victim C, and (b) committed a theft by removing drain pipes from the above parking lot; (c) the Defendant reported the network before the above parking lot; (d) two drain pipes owned by the above victim on the market price, which are installed on the outer wall of the building in question, were removed in combination with D, and loaded them on the hand.
On May 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 22:05, the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G Apartment Building H convenience store; (b) the victim I opened a cell phone on the table table of his/her seat; and (c) the victim I used SKY 5 mobile phones on the market price owned by the victim and stolen it.
The Defendant and D, “2014 Madan2067,” opened a drainage pipe, which was installed on the outer wall of the house, and came to sell it on the water.
1. At around 22:10 on June 1, 2014, the Defendant of special larceny and D discovered three drain pipes from rainwater, which is installed on the outer wall of the building in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, before the victim K's house in Dongdaemun-gu, and D reported the network around the region, and the Defendant opened the discharge pipe in advance by using the thrain (one name "one name") prepared in advance, and then loaded the discharge pipe in the hand knife in the unit (one name "one name") and stolen three drain pipes.
2. At around 22:20 on the same day as paragraph 1, the Defendant and D, in combination with the victim M in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, discovered a drainage pipe from rainwater, which is installed on the outer wall of the building in front of the victim M in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, and removed the drainage pipe using the decline, using the method referred to in paragraph 1, but the Defendant continued to remove it in his hand and attempted to steal the discharge pipe, but failed to do so.
