1. The Defendant’s KRW 120,000,000 for the Plaintiff and the following: 5% per annum from October 1, 2013 to March 13, 2017;

Reasons

The evidence Nos. 1 and 2 as well as the overall purport of the pleadings are recognized as having the same cause of claim as that of the Plaintiff, and the Defendant is obliged to pay the unpaid principal and interest and delay damages to the Plaintiff as described in the Disposition No. 1.
