A and B shall be punished by imprisonment for three years, and by imprisonment for one year and six months, respectively.

However, from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Defendant

A and Defendant B are foreigners of respective Vietnamese nationality and Defendant C are Korean nationals engaged in a building business, and Defendant A and Defendant B operated a gambling business (one person: one person) against Vietnamese, who are staying in the Republic of Korea.

1. Although Defendant A and Defendant B lent KRW 3.2 million to the victim H, Defendant A did not receive a refund of KRW 2.2 million. Defendant B, along with Defendant B, asked the above H to demand repayment of his/her obligation on August 31, 2017. Defendant B, who was mixed with the above H’s birth in his/her residence, did not receive a refund of KRW 2.2 million. Defendant B, at around 20:30 on August 31, 2017, instructed the victim J, who was the same student of the above H, who was mixed with the above residence, to the effect that “I did not pay the money borrowed, once he/she got off his/her punishment.” However, the above H contacted several times and did not return to the above residence.

As such, the Defendants: (a) arrested the saidJ and conspired to take money and valuables by threatening the family members of the said H and the victims by threatening them; and (b) Defendant B met the aboveJ’s scambling that resisted to avoid leaving the place of residence; and (c) Defendant B led Defendant B to the lower part of the said J’s scamblance; and (d) under the view of the saidJ, Defendant B forced the saidJ to take the knife from the kitchen of the said residence to a white eves by cutting the knife; and (b) forcedly moved the saidJ to the lower part of the vehicle parked in advance to the front seat of the said vehicle, which led the saidJ to the front part of the Defendants.

In addition, the Defendants, as seen above, walked on the vehicle moving from the window to the above H, saying, “I would like to leave the person who will live together within one hour,” and call to K with the mother of the victims in Vietnam, thereby leaving the phone to the victim’s mother who is in Vietnam and allowing him to pay approximately KRW 30 million ( approximately KRW 1.5 million).”
