All appeals filed by A, B, C, E, G, and H and appeals filed by the Prosecutor against the Defendant A, C, D, E, F, G, and H are dismissed.

A. The following sentence imposed by the lower court on the Defendants A, B, C, E, G, and H is too unreasonable.

A: Imprisonment with prison labor for each of the crimes listed in the [Attachment 3-1] No. 3-1 to 22 of [Attachment 3] No. 3-1] No. 1606 of [Attachment 3] as stated in the judgment of the court below, with respect to the crimes listed in the [Attachment 3] No. 3-1] No. 23-423 of [Attachment 3] as stated in the judgment of the court below among the crimes listed in the [Attachment 3] No. 3-1] No. 2013 group No. 1606 group, Defendant E: 2 years of probation for 10 months, Defendant G: 120 hours of probation for 20 days of imprisonment for community service, Defendant G: 20 days of imprisonment for each of the crimes listed in the [Attachment 1] No. 8-1606 group of crimes listed in the [Attachment 6] No. 20-600 group of crimes listed in the [Attachment 6] No. 16320-630 group of the [Attachment 6] No. 16663

B. The following sentence sentenced to Defendant A, C, D, E, F, G, and H is too unhued and unfair:

D: Defendant F who was sentenced to a fine of KRW 6,00,00 for each of the crimes listed in [Attachment 4] 1-240 of the list of crimes listed in [Attachment 4] No. 4 of the judgment of the court below among the crimes listed in [Attachment 1606] among the crimes listed in [Attachment 4] No. 4 of the list of crimes listed in [Attachment 4] 201-248 of the list of crimes listed in [Attachment 4] among the crimes listed in [Attachment 4] 1-240 of the judgment of the court below, and for each of the crimes listed in [Attachment 4] 201-248 of the list of crimes

2. Each of the instant crimes is a crime committed by the Defendants, who operated a credit business systematically and received interest exceeding the limited interest rate without being registered with the competent authorities.
