On November 22, 2017, the Defendant, around 21:43, driven a Cbeer or a car without a driver’s license on a section of about 300 meters from the front day of the tower located in the Cheongdong-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, the Cheongdong-gun, to the front day of the Mana City, the 49-ro, the Dong-gun, the Dong-gun, the Dong-gun, the Dong-gun, and the Dong-gun.
