1. The Defendant’s KRW 49,00,000 and its amount shall be 20% per annum from November 1, 2008 to September 30, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

3. Pursuant to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, and Article 2(2) of the Addenda to the same Act, the part seeking payment of damages for delay exceeding 15% per annum after October 1, 2015 among the Plaintiff’s claims is dismissed.
