1. The judgment of the Jeonju District Court Decision 2010 Ghana 28217 Decided December 23, 2010 between the Plaintiff and the Defendant is rendered.

Reasons

1. On September 7, 2010, Plaintiff 2010, which indicated the claim, filed a lawsuit seeking confirmation against the Defendant at the Jeonju District Court 2010 Ghana, which ordered the Defendant to pay for the delayed damages, and the judgment in favor of the Defendant ordering the payment of the delayed damages. On December 23, 2010, the said judgment was rendered on January 11, 201, for the interruption of the prescription of the claim based on the final and conclusive judgment, the instant lawsuit seeking confirmation is filed.
