1. Basic facts
A. As to the current ownership of land (1), the Plaintiff mobilization industry corporation is the owner of 330/3846 shares in land E, Jung-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “E”) and the Plaintiff mobilization industry corporation is the owner of 3516/3846 shares in land. The Plaintiff mobilization industry corporation is the owner of 3516/3846 shares in land.
(2) The 5,132.9m2 (hereinafter “F land”) is the owner of the Plaintiff Company A.
(3) As to D forest land 2,158 square meters (hereinafter “D land”), Defendant B is the owner of the share of April 2098/2158, and Defendant C is the owner of the share of 59.6/2158.
(b)According to the forestry map (the land of this case) and the cadastral map (E and F), prepared under the shipbuilding and Forestry Order in the Japanese colonial era (1) the forestry map (the scale: 1/600; D land constitutes a part of G forest in the Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, the lot number before subdivision; E and F land constitute a part of H forest in the land of this case, the parcel number and land category at the time when the said forestry map was drawn up; and the boundary of each of the land of this case is the line connected in sequence with the points of 1,2,3, and 4 of the annexed map, which are the lines of 1,2,3, and 4 of the annexed map, and the boundary of D land and E and F land is not overlapped.
(2) After that, the cadastral map (scale: 1/1200) was prepared in the process of changing the parcel number and land category into the above J site and K site. Around 1973, a single land site including the above site was created as a housing site by the Jeju Housing Site Development Project implemented in Sungnam-si, and was determined and publicly announced as an industrial area in 1974, and a cadastral map (scale: 1/600) was re-established on July 1974.
