C From May 2017, 2017, a person who was operated by the “J” in the “J” located in Pyeongtaek-si I, and Defendant A is an employee who received KRW 120,000 from the visitors who visited the said place and had sexual intercourse with the customers. On May 27, 2017, at around 01:09, Defendants C, C, C, and B reported that: (a) the customer, who visited the said place, was sexual intercourse with Defendant A; and (b) the 112 report was defective; (c) when the police was called to the said J, the Defendant A was forced to commit an indecent act against the said D; and (d) the Defendant C and B conspired to report the said D as an indecent act by making a witness’s statement that the Defendant was forced to commit an indecent act.

Accordingly, Defendant A stated that Defendant A, who was called as the above D’s report, forced the passengers belonging to the Pyeongtaek-gu Police Station, to leave the D’s house, and forced him to leave the house on one occasion, and forced him to leave the house and the bridge and the part on which he had been placed.
