Article 86 of the former Road Act (amended by Act No. 4545 of Mar. 10, 193 and amended by Act No. 4920 of Jan. 5, 1995) provides that "where an agent, employee, or other worker of a corporation commits a violation referred to in subparagraph 1 of Article 84 in connection with the business of the corporation, among the limited festivals of the damyang-si Office of the Korea Highway Corporation, a violation of Article 1993/12/20: 20: 20:12 of the 1993/120 of the 1993/120: 20: 30 of the 1994-Gasan-dong Office of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City (amended by Act No. 4920 of Jan. 10, 1995), "if the agent, employee or other worker of the corporation commits a violation referred to in subparagraph 1 of Article 84, the relevant fine shall also be imposed on the corporation."
