1. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant)’s appeal against the instant principal lawsuit, and the instant principal lawsuit and counterclaim by the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff).
1. The reasoning of the court's explanation of this case is the same as that of the part concerning the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is acceptable to accept this as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420
(2) If the plaintiff's claim in the principal lawsuit is accepted within the scope of the above recognition, and the remaining claims are dismissed for lack of reason, and the defendant's counterclaim is dismissed for lack of reason. The judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion. Thus, all appeals filed by the plaintiff and the defendant are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
