On May 2, 2018, the Defendant, at around 10:10, obtained 10,000 Won and one head of Tong, who was lost by C in front of the 341 High Village Agricultural Cooperative, as Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si.

Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim, but did so.

In this way, the defendant embezzled the property that has escaped from the possession of the victim.
