A. On December 22, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for construction works with the Defendants and C702, setting the construction cost of KRW 40 million, which the Plaintiff agreed to perform by entrusting the said construction works.

B. The Plaintiff entered into an additional construction contract with the Defendants, setting the construction cost of KRW 850,00,000.

C. The Plaintiff completed construction on December 31, 2015.

The Plaintiff received construction cost of KRW 20 million from the Defendants.

E. Therefore, the Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff the construction cost of KRW 20,850,000 and the damages for delay at the rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 31, 2016 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint.
