1. The Defendants jointly and severally committed against the Plaintiff KRW 90,89,904 and KRW 71,159,268 among them, Defendant A from October 6, 2016.

Reasons

1. The description of the claim is as shown in the annexed sheet of claim

(However, the term "creditor" shall be deemed to be "Plaintiff" and "debtor" shall be deemed to be "Defendant").

(a) Defendant A: Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act (in the event of the defendant, deemed confessions due to his/her absence);

(b) Defendant B: Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (by public notice)
