A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

2. Violence;
A. On March 11, 2016, at around 07:31:09 on March 11, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the victim 64 times in total, as shown in the annexed Table 2, from around that time to around February 27, 2016, when the victim suffering from dementia, such as the victim E, who is a dementia patient, was faced with six dementia, such as the dementia patient E, on the part of the victim.
B. On March 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 14:13:52, the victim H, who was a dementia patient, at the F Care Center of the said Dvalescent Hospital, is the victim H, etc. (the 61 year old.).
