1. The sentence against the accused shall be 2,000,000 won;

Punishment of the crime
On April 8, 2015, the Defendant was unable to participate in the resolution of “the dissolution of the instant association and the establishment of a new association called D association” under the direction of C, a member of the B association corporation (hereinafter “instant association”) around April 8, 2015, due to the conflict with the said C, and was unable to join the said D association as a member.
Accordingly, the Defendant newly created the seal imprint of the instant association by taking advantage of the fact that E still remains as a weather representative director, such as the instant association, even though there was a resolution to dissolve the instant association on November 2015, but the dissolution, etc. was not completed, following the Defendant’s establishment of a new seal imprint of the instant association by obtaining a letter of seal imprint, a certificate of seal imprint, and a power delegation from the said E, and making a change of corporate seal imprint; and the Defendant, upon the consent of all the members of the instant association including F and other non-members, was appointed as the representative director of the instant association, with the consent of all the members present, including F and other non-members, by submitting the minutes, etc. prepared as above to the registry and registering them as its representative director, thereby having the intent to perform the business as the representative director of the instant association.
1. On November 27, 2015, the Defendant prepared a “temporary minutes of a general meeting of association members” of the LA, the director column, “F”, “G”, “H”, “I”, and “J” in the column for audit and inspection, and then written “A” in the “A”, “F”, “F”, “H”, and “I” as the “J” in the column for the representative director of the instant association, the director of the instant association, the director, and the auditor’s seal affixed thereto for the purpose of exercising their respective rights, duties, or proof of facts.
