The defendant is a chief in E and was in charge of the business of supplying goods to customers and collecting the price.

The Defendant’s tort (the Defendant’s tort) around May 30, 201: (a) around 30, 201, the Defendant released 40 g “Non-2.7 g 500 g” (10 g) at the above E office’s 20,000 won; (b) sold 1,460,000 won at its own discretion until March 20, 201; (c) sold 300,000 won at its own price at KRW 1,760,000 (the Plaintiff’s total 20,000 g 1,000 g 1,000 g 25,000) without deposit to the Plaintiff; and (d) sold 1,000,000 won at its own discretion from June 2, 2008 to December 25, 2012.
