In light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which found the defendant guilty on the grounds that there is no proof of crime as to the facts charged of this case, and found the defendant not guilty on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and there is no error of exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules or misapprehending the legal principles on

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
