5. 1. From around January, a person who runs the meat packaging business in the name of “D”.

1. A person who intends to operate a livestock product processing business without permission shall have facilities for a livestock product processing business and obtain permission from the Mayor/Do Governor for each place of business;

Nevertheless, from April 8, 2014 to the 25th day of the same month, the Defendant processed livestock products by means of individual packaging after salting 13,834 g of the U.S. freezing 13,834 g in the said place of business, and operated livestock products processing business without obtaining permission for business.

2. No livestock product shall be sold, or stored, transported or displayed for sale, if it fails to meet the standards for processing, packing, storing, and distributing livestock products;

Nevertheless, from April 8, 2014 to May 12, 2014, the Defendant kept 30,150 g of the freezing season for the purpose of selling 30,150 g of the said company.

3. Livestock products whose standards for false labelling, such as date of manufacture, are determined, shall be marked with a label meeting the standards, and shall not be marked with a label meeting the standards or make a false label;

Nevertheless, from April 8, 2014 to May 12, 2014, the Defendant distributed and sold freezing 30,150 g of freezing and freezing 30,150 g to a cooling machine, and the same person at the packaging was marked on the date of manufacturing, indicating the period of distribution as the date of manufacturing, and indicating the period of distribution as the 10 days from the same person at the same time.
